Even if IT is a very open-minded industry and negative aspects therefore aren’t as prominent, they still appear. That’s not necessary. For a change we want to look at what advantages there are, since these exist as well!
Die Vorteile einer Frau in der IT
Die Nachteile, denen Frauen im Arbeitsalltag begegnen, sind zahlreich und eben nicht rein biologischer Natur, wie der zeitliche Ausfall während und nach der Schwangerschaft. Auch wenn die IT ein recht aufgeschlossener Bereich ist und negative Aspekte dort weniger präsent sind, bilden sie leider dennoch oftmals die Regel. Das muss nicht sein. Heute wollen wir uns zur Abwechslung jedoch mit den Vorteilen beschäftigen, denn die gibt es ebenso!
